HMX Zone Website — Full-Stack Portfolio Built End-to-End
This website is itself a case study: a full-stack Next.js portfolio with route-based pages, lead capture, SEO metadata, case study routing, blog structure, and backend-ready architecture.

The Challenge
The old positioning was too narrow. It made the business look like an AI automation service only, even though the real offer includes full-stack websites, internal tools, CRM builds, SaaS-style platforms, AI agents, and automation systems. The site needed to prove that capability by being a real product surface, not a static brochure.
The Solution
Built HMX Zone as a full-stack Next.js site with a structured App Router architecture, reusable sections, case study data powering both listing and detail routes, metadata for SEO/social sharing, lead capture flows, analytics hooks, and a scalable content library. The new copy makes it clear that I can build websites like this, full-stack apps, and automation-backed business systems.

Before / After
Before
The offer was positioned mainly around AI automation and did not clearly sell full-stack websites, SaaS-style tools, or CRM builds.
After
The site now presents full-stack websites, AI agents, CRM/SaaS systems, proof, systems, pricing, contact, blog, and booking routes in one production Next.js app.

This site is not just a portfolio. It is proof that I can design, build, and ship the kind of website I sell.
